All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after confirmation.
Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number to monitor its progress in real-time.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: Orders below the free shipping threshold are charged a flat rate of $5.99 at checkout.
  • Free Shipping Offer: Complimentary Standard Shipping is provided on all orders over $48.98.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched from our regional distribution centers:

  • United States: 7–12 business days
  • Canada / United Kingdom / Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand / Asia: 8–15 business days

Note: These are estimated timeframes. External factors such as customs clearance or local carrier schedules may affect delivery.

4. Order Tracking

After shipment, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
You can monitor your package via our Track Your Order page or directly on the carrier’s website.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Joybocs is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. Customers are responsible for all fees imposed during or after shipping.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

Your satisfaction is our priority.

Damaged Items:

  • Email us photos of the product and packaging within 72 hours of delivery to support@joybocs.com
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Joybocs is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but missing
  • Check with neighbors or household members, then contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
  • We will provide tracking information to assist, but refunds cannot be issued for successfully delivered packages
